Booking and Payments

A deposit of 20% of the total amount of the stay is required to make the reservation. As soon as you receive confirmation of the deposit in your bank account, you will be sent the corresponding invoice-receipt by e-mail. I’ll contact you the day before the entrance to arrange the time of the entrance. The rest of the rent is due on the day of entry.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is 30 days. If you cancel your reservation before the 30 days are up, we will issue a credit note for the amount of the deposit you have already paid to make the reservation and you will be able to use it within a period of 1 year from the date of the reservation.

Check in and Check out

Check ins start at 4pm and check outs until 11am. Check-in requests before 4pm are subject to availability. Check-in is in person, we’ll explain everything you need to know and hand over the keys. Please let us know your estimated time of arrival at least 1 hour before you arrive at the apartment. If there are any changes or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.

Guest Registration

Before your arrival we’ll send you a link with an online form to fill in with all the guests details to speed up check-in. If you can’t fill it in online, you can do so when you arrive at the accommodation.

We are aware of the importance of personal data and therefore respect the information you provide us with. You can see the authorization in the text:

“This Local Accommodation undertakes to comply with the rules on the protection of personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

The collection of personal data is exclusively intended to facilitate the performance of activities related to local accommodation services, namely the management of reservations, complaints and payments. The personal data collected is essentially identification data (name, date of birth, place of birth, parentage, gender, nationality, address and telephone number, email address, civil and tax identification number; passport number and place of issue of the document); The person responsible for processing personal data is Maria Laura Fernandes de Freitas, with the email address algarvevacaciones@gmail.com; The personal data collected may be transferred to the Tax Authority, Turismo de Portugal or the Aliens and Borders Service (SEF), for the sole purpose of complying with the legal obligations to which it is subject. Personal data may also be transferred to the courts and other competent authorities, in strict compliance with the provisions of the law, namely when they prove necessary for the resolution of disputes and for activities relating to the protection of public security, the defense and security of the State and the prevention, investigation or detection of criminal offenses.
Whenever there is no specific legal requirement, the data will only be kept for the minimum period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or further processed, under the terms defined by law.
By signing this form, the Guest declares that he/she has read and understood the content of this Authorization, with which he/she agrees and expressly authorizes the Local Accommodation to use for the processing and treatment of the personal data obtained, under the terms, for the purposes and for the period mentioned above.
The Guest expressly declares that, prior to signing this agreement, he/she was informed by the Local Accommodation of his/her right to object to the collection and processing of data, as well as of the means of correcting, verifying and/or deleting said data, which are available to him/her.”

Apartment and Condominium Rules

1. Guests are responsible for the behavior of all persons accompanying them and must avoid any illegal activity or activity contrary to public health;

2. Events and parties are not allowed;

3. Pets are not allowed;

4. Respect the neighbors by keeping quiet between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m;

5. Smoking is not allowed inside the house or in the common areas of the building. You can do this on the balconies of the apartment. Each apartment has an ashtray, please don’t throw ashes or cigarette butts over the balcony;

6. The maximum capacity of the accommodation must not be exceeded;

7. It’s forbidden to leave garbage in the common areas of the building;

8. Guests are responsible for their own safety and their companions, namely by avoiding opening the door to unknown people, using the keys to the property with care and always locking the door of the building and the apartment each time;

9. For the sake of energy efficiency and safety, don’t forget to turn off fans, heaters, lamps and other electrical equipment before leaving the apartment;

10. Waste should be disposed of in the bins in the kitchen and bathroom;

11. Groups of minors are not allowed;

12. All guests, adults and children, staying at the property must present a valid photo ID card or passport, or an equivalent document. Minors who are not accompanied by their parents must have a declaration or authorization issued by the holder of custody rights in order to be accommodated.

13. Please try to leave the apartment as you found it, help us to preserve it. Thank you for your cooperation;

14. Failure to comply with the first six rules may prevent the guest from using the apartment.
